Helen has over twenty five years experience teaching birthing classes, including Hypnobirthing, to expectant families. She is also a Healing Touch practitioner and a retired registered nurse. Helen is committed to empowering expectant families with the knowledge and confidence they will need during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the days and weeks that follow.

Jessica Soto

Jessica is a certified herbalist, dedicated doula, and childbirth educator. Her nurturing and compassionate approach offers invaluable support. Jessica is a mother of two who likes to travel, is a voracious reader, enjoys gardening and her plants, and really loves humankind. It's also worth mentioning Helen is her mother, and it’s wonderful they get to work with one another!
